Ok … Here goes.
I’ve always been a guy that lifted weights but I did it to see how heavy I could lift.
After college, I decided that lifting heavy was one thing but looking heavy…well that sucked…
So I read as much as I could and spoke with A LOT of very nice trainers and got a TON of advice.
It took about a year but I completely changed the way I approached my workouts and the way in which I approached food.
My goal with this site is to share my successes and my failures.
